1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting and using TTS #4855 on your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the bot.

2. Description of Service

TTS #4855 provides the following services:

• Joining voice channels and translating text into speech using Google TTS and Amazon Polly.

• Storing server-specific configuration data such as the channels for reading messages, assigned roles for TTS, and bot settings.

• Creating channels, renaming itself, and creating roles for its operation based on user commands.

3. User Responsibilities

• Permissions: You are responsible for granting the bot the necessary permissions to function correctly on your server.

• Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate configuration data and understand that incorrect data may affect the bot's performance.

• Prohibited Use: The bot must not be used for any illegal activities or to violate Discord’s Terms of Service.

4. Bot Behavior

• Voice Channel Participation: The bot will enter voice channels only when invoked by a user and will not listen to any conversations while in the voice channel.

• Data Handling: The bot will only read messages from the configured channel and will not access other messages or data beyond what is necessary for its functionality.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the bot without prior notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

TTS #4855 is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot, including data loss or service interruption.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
